Yes. The walkthrough and your written quote are completely free, with no pressure and no obligation to book.
We'll reach out within one business day to schedule your estimate. Start dates depend on the size of the job and our current schedule, and we'll give you a real start date in your written quote.
Yes. Brush & Roll Painters is fully insured and registered as a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (HIC #). We're happy to send proof of insurance before any work begins.
No. We move and cover your furniture, protect your floors, and put everything back when we're done. It helps if you clear small items like décor, photos, and electronics before we arrive.
No. Paint and materials are included in your quote. We use Sherwin-Williams paint, and if you have a specific color in mind, just let us know.
We keep a close eye on the forecast for every exterior job. If weather is going to affect the schedule, you'll hear from us ahead of time with the new plan, not the morning of.
Before we call any job done, we do a final walkthrough together and fix anything on your list. Our work is also backed by a written warranty covering warranty length and coverage.
A 25% deposit reserves your spot on the schedule, with the balance due after the final walkthrough. We accept credit card, check, ACH bank transfer, and cash. Financing options are also available. Just ask about them when we give you your quote.
